Example: a 10 km road, 6 m wide, 20 cm thick needs 12,000 m³. Two LM-S4000 machines pouring 300 m³/day finish in about 40 days. Tell us your project and we will size the fleet.

One full cycle takes 10–15 minutes depending on operator skill: 2–3 min self-loading, 4 min timed water filling, 1–2 min mixing, then discharge — and the drum keeps mixing while you drive up to 1 km. That is 3–5 batches per hour.

A quick-reference recipe is pre-set per model — e.g. the 3.5 m³ machine takes 7 scoops (4 gravel + 3 sand), 22 bags of cement and 4 min 20 s of water for C25 concrete. Optionally, the electronic hydraulic weighing system weighs every scoop to ±0.5% and prints a ticket, so quality is verified batch by batch.

Two stages: first the hydraulic self-priming pump sucks water from any pond, tank or tanker into the on-board tank; then set the timer on the dash and the system meters water automatically and shuts off — two batches per fill on most models.

Yuchai turbocharged diesel is standard (4102 on 2.6 m³, 4105 on 3.5 m³, 4108 on 4.0/4.5 m³). Optional: Cummins 4BTA3.9-C125-II, Yuchai 6-cylinder YC6J125Z-T20, Yuchai Euro-5, or Weichai Deutz WP4G130E22.

Every unit ships with: cement hopper, discharge extension chute, hydraulic washer gun and hose, water suction pipe, tool box, oil/fuel filters, grease nipples, wheel bolts, fuses and other consumables — the full start-up kit. Spare parts support continues for the life of the machine.

8 gears: 4 forward / 4 reverse with dual high-low range. Work in low gear at 10–15 km/h (mixing while driving). On empty repositioning runs, high gear allows 30–45 km/h depending on model.
